Rectifier Enclosures with 19" rack mounts
Our Rectifier Style Enclosures are the ideal
solution for mounting batteries or electrical hardware utilizing standard
19 or 23” racks. This top-of-the-line ground mounted enclosure come with a
many features and options like keyed front doors, removable front and rear
access doors, and the ability to mount 19 and 23” Standard Racks. These
systems can be found in most hardware catalogs including the Hoffman
Electrical/Electronic Enclosures and Equipment Specifiers Guide, and allow
for removable shelves, equipment panels and other electrical mounting
structures. |

throughout the world. With Two Seas you're assured of an enclosure that will
meet even the most rigorous requirements of your installation. |

Our 1624BE Series Enclosures are designed for
maximum versatility and security. Configured to hold 1, 2 or 4 Group 31 or
smaller batteries, these durable models can be mounted to either a 2 to 6”
pole, a flat surface or a concrete pad. Our pole mounting hardware is
designed so as not to allow removal from the outside of the enclosure. All
enclosure latches feature a round tumbler design adding to the overall
security of the unit. Other features include: removable control panel for
pre-assembly of electrical components, removable door and battery trays,
passive venting, all aluminum construction*, white powder coat finish and
conforms to NEMA 3R rating. * Some models utilize powder coated steel
trays. |
Enclosures are
made for floor or pole installation of 1, 2, or 4 Group 27 batteries. They
include the following features:

Manufactured to NEMA-4* standards,
providing outdoor protection against wind, blown dust, rain, sleet, and
ice (other configurations available).

Heavy duty cold-rolled steel construction
-16 guage body, with 14 guage door and tray.

Glossy white powder-coat finish (Class B)
on all surfaces for high durability.

Removable aluminum back panel allows for
mounting of charge controller, combiner equipment, and other electrical
components.

Removable door and battery shelves for
easy installation and accessibility.

Ventilation holes at top and bottom for
convection cooling, covered internally with removable, washable filters
attached with velcro.

Acid-neutralizing Battery MatTM
included to protect against battery leaks.

Hardware supplied for mounting enclosure
to both pole and ground mounts.

Mounting nuts accessible only from within
enclosure for increased security.

Chest-style Battery Enclosures for maximum security and protection
Our Chest Style Enclosures are designed for high
volume installations and allow flexibility for use in many applications.
These enclosures can mount to the floor, include electrical knockouts for
wiring and fulfill the requirements for NEMA 3R. Do to their larger size
these enclosures can accommodate a number of electrical components and
batteries in various configurations! |

Need a safe and economical way to store large
batteries? Our “BEE” Battery Enclosures provide NEMA 3R rated storage of
the largest batteries on the market in various quantities. The installer
can mount these enclosures onto the floor and safely lock the contents
with tamper resistant hardware. Electrical knock-outs are also available
in convenient locations for running electrical wiring. The BEE series
represents our most economical, large battery storage enclosure and can
also be used to house electrical component

Our NEW OES Series Battery Enclosures offer an
economical solution for pole mounting batteries and equipment.
Configured to hold 1, 2 or 4 Group 31 or smaller batteries, plus a
removable control panels for pre-assembling of components outside of the
enclosure! Our new “Mini” OES model is designed for use where smaller
batteries are all that is needed and incorporate all the features
standard to this model. These features include: 2-6” pole mounting
hardware, removable door and control panel, safe and secure round
tumbler latches, passive venting, all aluminum construction, powder
coated white and the NEMA 3R rating. |

LCF Series Enclosures offer an efficient and
economical solution to high volume, low cost protection for
installations requiring 1 or 2 Group 27 and smaller batteries. These
enclosures come standard with mill finished aluminum and mount to almost
any type of pole or flat surface. Other standard features include:
removable control panel, full length piano hinge on the door,
pad-lockable compression latch, passive ventilation and meets NEMA 3R
requirements. An available option includes hardware for mounting to a
2-6” pole. This enclosure can be used in conjunction with our HPM-UNI™
Single Panel Side of Pole Mount for a variety of applications include
renewable power for water pumps, garage door openers, security,
lighting, and road signs. All models can ship UPS! |

Our newest and most value-oriented enclosure meets
NEMA 3R requirements, but is so economical it can be used in NEMA 1
applications as well! These enclosures will also hold a single battery
up to Group 27 in size. Standard features include: easy slide-off front
cover, passive venting, all aluminum construction and while powder coat
finish. Additional options include pole mounting for 2-6” poles, tamper
resistant hardware* and all steel or stainless steel construction*. All
models can ship UPS! |

Strong - Constructed from 5052-H32 aluminum with
stainless steel fasteners, your modules are protected from damage in
virtually all weather conditions, including extremes of wind, rain, ice,
and snow. Using licensed engineers and destructive testing methods,
these structures have been designed and proven to withstand 50 psf (125
mph wind loads) - significantly higher than industry standards.

Durable - Using punch/form construction methods,
rather than extrusions, allows for the use of high tensile strength, and
corrosion resistant materials. Zinc-plated (galvanized) steel is used
for pole brackets and mounting feet. The structures will last the life
of the PV modules they support, and beyond.

Versatile - Two Seas structures are universal,
designed to hold modules from the major manufacturers. Different models
are available to mount from one to twenty modules. All modules are
infinitely adjustable over a wide range for precise positioning of the
modules. Season adjustments can be done easily by one person.

optional powder coat (not painted) finish, the mounting structures
