Lift Truck Solar Charging System 24VDC- 36 volts DC, solar chargers and systems for electrical Forklift Industrial batteries and pallet truck batteries.

This unit is pure DC, (using more efficient DC coupling system topology (as opposed to AC-coupling). Big fast chargers don’t provide pure DC most like noise square wave DC that over time degrage the battery.

How long to charge:
- Depends on % of depth of discharge.
- Depends on battery condition.
- How many clycles the battery has already.
- Type of charge that has been done.
- 2 - 600AMP Batteries don’t act the same.
- attery A may have the plates thicker than Battery B do to bad charging or operational procedures.
- When is operated one forklift draing the battery more and operate a high temperature degrading the battery.

Example 600AMP:
If we assume a 40% depth of discharge that means 240 amp hours have been used. Due to battery inefficiencies, it typically takes 20%, 30% or more to recharge than has been discharged.
20% So that's roughly 288 amp hours needed. Estimated 2 ½hours to 4 hours (again depends on battery condition)
