Steps:
ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT, CONSTRUCTION, OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE
Here its a brief description of the process:

STEP 1 - FEASIBILITY analysis:
-Preliminary proposal
-Sign Letter of Intent

STEP 2 - SITE PLANNING AND DESIGN:
-System Design
-Project planning (working with facilities personnel)
-Engineering and logistical analysis

STEP 3 - ENGINEERING:
-Specification of system details
-Structural engineering, if required
-Final system design and contract
-Prepare Paper work to Submit to the building and planning departments

STEP 4 - PROCUREMENT AND INSTALLATION
-Procurement of materials
-Solar Panel Installation
-Inspection
-System commissioning and testing

STEP 5 - OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE
-Training of facilities personnel (system monitoring and maintenance)
-Administration and execution of all warranty coverage, if needed
-Field service and technical support, if required.
